Okay I watched this video everyday and sometimes twice a day for about 14 days and I actually quit a 7 year addiction to cigaretts. However after 9 months I picked them back up so now a year and a half later I am watching the video again. I know it worked for me and I have faith it will work again. I am thankful for this video.
