like one man army you can do any cheat after that save the game that you played with cheat and next time you play that game you can do the achivements you desire for

no, just remember to not save if you use a cheat that blocks an achievement

ive got a tip for ppl, i swear this works...well it worked for me, and i had to play like 13 games with packie jus tryin, so wat u gota do is, walk over 2 steps or w/e, as for the speed, jus move the joystick enough so that niko will throw the ball, but dont move it too far so that it hits the edes of the controller. its kinda hard to explain, but do it so the control sticks wont hit the sides of the little ring surrounding it. hope this helps.

hey dude. i killed two yesterday. i got the achievement and then while playing with my homie he got it by killing some dude. the guy's gamertag was like anthrax115. hit him up invite him to a game and killing him will get you the achievement.

i just got it randomly, try races there are a lot of people who have it in them you just have to kill someone who has the achievement :)
