How to view gif images on a PSP

I just plugged in my PSP to my CPU. It didn't fit the small hole I saw... I just inserted my PSP to the CPU rEaLlY hard until I got it working... When I came back to the monitor, I got a black screen :( Can you help me?

I doesn't WORK!!! I did everything that I saw and all I get is "the content cannot be displayed" message!!! I have flash enabled and I made the gif folder in the photo folder and typed the correct thing on the address bar but it still doesn't WORK!!! What could be wrong?!!!

or u can just put the gif images in windows movie maker to put them in a video and then use youtube downloader to make it into psp mp4 format n then u can just watch it as a video
