LOL. It was a Thursday day game which started at the worst time imaginable when people knew it would take them hours to get home and we had almost 52,000 people show up -- 4,000 empty seats, not 5,000. The Yankees had a similar amount of empty seats for a night game in Game 1 of their series.

I'm just going by the box score on ESPN, which reads:

49,464 (94.7% full) - % is based on regular season capacity

And most teams add seats for the playoffs instead of eliminating them, so either the Yankees are weird like that or ESPN screwed up. Both are possible.  I'll probably keep wasting my life and google it right now. In any case, we had a full 56,000 for Game 1 when the game started at a more normal time.

LOL, what the hell?  Walk-off means everyone walks off the field because the game has ended in the bottom of the last inning. Anything can be a walk-off. Anyone who complains about such a thing is a truly horrible person who should not make babies.
