We syncronized our watches when we downloaded the MP3 file and were told to start the playback at a specific time. Folks seemed like they could be off by 10 seconds or so, so it wasn't exaclty syncronized.

I LOVE THIS CONCEPT! Improve everywhere rocks! It is SO still in it's infancy! MORE interaction with unknowing participants really makes it entertaining and energizing! It is. Improv gruops are growing around the country. my university recently founded one and we teamed up with a larger group in Austin. So, if you really want to get in on this look around sites that are based out of your state/province's/etc. big city. I'm sure you will find something. If not, it looks like you get to plant a group!
