I don't think it's that bad.. the driver and codriver are glued to their seats, and they wear neck-protective things and helments. I don't think it's that bad. Also, the car is reinforced with heavy-duty rollbars so the roof won´t collapse when it´s upside down. I think the chance of injury is small.

hey onegeronimous, thanks for your concern, but the marshalls were great, by the time the marshalls had arrived we had established we were both ok, and so the decision was taken to get it back on its wheels. Both of us were thoroughly checked out on the scene by the doctor, so all ok. We were not just rolled over :0) both sore but nothing a few days recovery would fix!

its all about high speed intense driving and knowing that any minute they could just lose it, why would you want to watch a rally where the cars are going slow as fuck just because theres a slight bump in the road? This can happen on any motorsport, chicane or no chicane. If the rally drivers were bothered about crashing i don't think they would want to be rally drivers.
