@drawingdream The fingers are very small, but they're simple tubes: I always use a toothpick to pre-shape them.
Search for "ninjatoes small paper cylinders tutorial" here on Youtube to see a small video about it.
Assemble the fingers one by one, and also glue them to the hand one by one. Take your time, and don't worry if it's not 100% perfect; paper is very forgiving, so try to do the best you can and have fun building! ;o)
Oh, I can't wait to build this... I have the action figure, but it looks horrible in comparison to this. The pose, the overall visual quality... just everything. I can't wait until I have printer ink and more spare time again. This is the first thing I'm making.
I've been working on it the past few nights... it's been fun so far, but I guess I didn't glue the legs quite right and she can't stand up on her own. :[ Thank goodness you made a stand to go with her!
Yeah, it's easy to move the legs around just a tiny bit when glueing them on, and then when you glue on the next piece, and the next, and the shoes etc... it all adds up and the legs can be in the wrong position.
I think the important thing is to make sure the model looks good to you, and then if she keeps falling over, you can just glue her to the stand like you said. ;o)
I finished it! :) It turned out great! Everyone I know is really impressed by the model, as well. Great work! The only problems I had were, as I mentioned before, the legs were in the wrong position when I put them on (easily fixed by gluing to the base) and I had a lot of trouble attaching the face piece to the hair... I managed to make it look fine, but it certainly didn't want to go together the way you intended it to. Hmm.
I'm so having a go at this :D

And here I was, thinking I had found a good way to attach the hair to the head... ;o)
But in the end, the important thing is that it looks fine to you, I'm glad you like it!

Yeah, I'm pretty happy that I finally finished it as well, it's no fun to have so little spare time to do a hobby that's so time consuming...
So I'm extra happy that you like the results, have fun building! ;o)
