Sorry but it is not the biggest in the world, it is the biggest in Captivity in the U.S. other country's have them larger an esp out in the wild there are some estimated between 23 an 26 ft long..

Kry's is the largest ever recorded at nearly 28 ft long.. though pictures of 30 footers do exist but were never measured so it isn't official.
