I LOVED Phebe, and really hate Rick, but I have to say, it was HER fault she died. She grabbed the wheel and made them crash ! Why doesn't anyone blame Taylor too ? For gosh sakes, even Phoebe said "you and MY MOM ?" That's what she was really upset about. Look at the clip though, it wasn't Rick who drove off the road, it was her grabbing the wheel that made them crash.
