yes you do! beacause you clip a sensor on it so the device knows where your head is.. you can actually it on his cap!

Or you can get the clip which goes onto your headset. By the way, nice Wheel man ;) I've got myself a Momo one, which is kinda annoying shifting gears as it sometimes tends to slide on my desk when the bolt gets loose since the gear shift is on the wheel.
