My question. 1) how to do i target the lateral head on the triceps?... i do all kinds of workout with triceps, close grip benchpress and yet my lateral heat is very small. any help on making it bigger?
For the 3 heads of the Triceps ...I like push downs, skull crushers, and finish with kickbacks. That gets all 3 heads and gives an awesome full pump to the whole tricep. Outside of that....it just may be a matter of time and it will all come together for you....keep me posted...:)
