Damn, 2002 had such a good roster even the top superstars like Jericho wern't always guranteed to be on the PPV lineup.

Its been ages since I read Jericho's book so I may be remembering the details wrong, but I believe it was Hogan who approached Jericho about Brian Pillman's funeral and wanted him there.

Jericho and Hogan are actually pretty cool with each other from what I understand, despite the politics in WCW.

Apparently, back then, immediately after the Attitude Era, the WWE proved it can survive with its younger stars. In this generation, the WWE is proving that it CAN'T survive WITHOUT guys like The Man In Charge, a.k.a Triple H.

@MultiPring sorry about my spelling error and yes there are such wrestlers as Daniel Bryan and sheamus, daniel bryan was the gut with the bells twine in wwe and sheamus is hhh best firent in real life and he is the wrestler who is whiter then milk. second off i mentioned undertaker cause ppl like you wwe marks/hogan haters dont touch guys like him. but with hoag everytime he brakes away from wwe, there are allways haters like your self that come out of the wood work and try to down grade him.

@MultiPring Part 2) do you know why this generation of young stars cant survive like the generation before, cause # 1 they dont train the new wrestlers like they usto #2 cause instead of letting the wrestler mature their character instead of shoving them down our throats like they do today, and #3 cause ppl like hhh, lawler, undertaker and etc dont give the younger wrestler the time slot in order to practice their game like it was done years ago. @m1k38706 Jericho and Hogan get along just fine. Go read Jericho's book. They legit enjoyed working with each other. Hogan's been able to "pick his partners" for years and he picked Jericho to work TV and house shows for a nice long stretch of that year, and at several points in the years after.
