  • i wouldnt say ladder is useless, provides good variety for warm up

  • I was with you til you put that stupid useless ladder in there.

  • how many reps of each do you do?

  • normally 1 due to time constraints & it is utilized during the warm up, for the complexes 3-5 reps of each = 1 trip, 3 trips = 1 set, usually do 2-3 sets
