  • God bless you

  • Glutamine- waste.

Anti oxidents pre workout or post workout- waste.

    BCAAS- waste.

    All verifiable.

  • Marry me?

  • Hi Chellefit,

You're very hot - next video please on YouPorn

    Thanks

  • Lots of info. Could improve on the delivery. And maybe condense a little. For iPhone users there's a very good video editing app on the market called "splice". Works well, and easy to use.

  • Nice content. Just wanted to add that many vendors use Magnesium, as mentioned, as a filler. This can have a laxative effect, so be careful with brands that try to save money by using to much magnesium in ratio to BCAAs.

  • 5$ WORKING Discount on all Amino Acids supplementss if you use discountcoupon UNE155 @ iherb. com

  • HOT HOT HOT hmm.... what she said about bcaa's :DDD

  • me mine? :3

  • michelle, stay away from the competition diuretics, you're beutiful without that look

  • u single?

  • go beavers!!

  • Didn't think learning about BCAA's could turn me on so much. This chick is way too sexy for me to listen.

  • you guys are pigs! did you listen to a word she said? me either hahahhahaaa

  • Awesome information! Thanks! I have been buying the Pre-workout and post work out drinks and they are expensive! I will give this a try. I am not trying to gain bulk, just trying to get myself into shape and be healthier. I don't do marathons, but like to run the road run/walks..not competitivly(spelling?). I am going to check out your other videos for more tips! Thanks again for the info!

  • You're cute! :D

  • the bcaa's I have taste like magic mushrooms! lol you're pretty btw

  • so fine

  • i seriously need to make love to her

  • stfu stupid dumb american biatch

  • damn...all i can say..

  • Seriously i had to watch this twice she is that cute, i stopped concentrating,

  • She is talking about the Scivation Xtend also come on its BCAA take it how everu like

  • BCAA...who cares! Hell she is a hottie!

  • Amateuristic............

  • get yer rat out! get yer rat out!

  • Thats Good advice on the use of the Aminos for both sexes actually not just the girls.I am a giy and I use it quite similarly to you..I use the bulk versions(a lot cheaper) but it does have a taste to it.i find citric juices cut the taste out though so Thats how I do it. I like your Ideas on the pomergranate, Alovera, green tea extract, stevia etc..I never tried those but I bet a lot of the girls do ..Yeah also Like a lot of guys I also think your a sweetie :) reason I watched the vid..once :P

  • steve-ia? haha lol

  • wow ur hottt can u train me?...I'm sure to loose weight ;-)

  • screw everything else. all you need is bcaas, or really leucine, and waxy maize starch. for my post workout i take 1-1.5 servings of IDS waximaize and 40g of bcaas. if you are drinking 30-40g of protein after your workout, might as well the protein come from bcaas. true protein.com is the most legit place ever invented. you can buy bcaas and even leucine in bulk at true protein.com you can build your own protein powder with whatever you want whatever ratios, hydrolyzed, micronized, anyhting.

  • Since glutamine doesn't exist naturally in the food, it causes stress to the liver and kidneys, which may result in excessive urea. If you want the benefits of glutamine, use BCAAs. Glutamine is converted in the body from branch chain amino acids (mostly leucine).

  • what are the serving (amount) of bcaas in your drink.

cause personally i believe that xtend is the best way to go. feelsgood.jpg

  • the best way to get BCAAs is through REAL food..don't even bother wasting your money on supplements..and as far as Glutamine goes don't even bother wasting your money..it does nothing to enhance muscle growth..you could take 20 grams of it a day and 2 months later you would still look the same..

  • @collin355

Glutamine is to help keep muscle, not to make it grow.

If you're cutting Glutamine is actually a good supplement, it's also a good supplement during Keto as well.

  • @orasis you have been reading way too many bodybuilding magazines..I've took glutamine for 7 months..no difference what so ever in my physique..hey cromiumn picolinate was the rage 15 years ago and they had studies on that to with gains..total BS..no one even uses it now

  • @collin355

Not everyone is the same :) Glutamine for me is a good thing I noticed that without Glutamine I would be sore for days on end after intense work-outs. Why? No idea but for ME I know it's effective and it's not a placebo effect either because I didn't take it for soreness :)

  • @orasis you really need to stop believing everything you read in the bodybuilding magazines..lol..you're sore because you are not getting enough sleep or not taking in enough "real" food or both..You are what I would call a supplement companies wet dream...

  • @collin355

Dude the doctor gave me Glutamine :P He said I was deficient and I have been on it since I was 12 years old.

Glutamine is pretty important man - without it you die.

  • @collin355

You really need to stop thinking everyone is exactly the same :P I mean carbs after a workout is good for most - you know, unless you're diabetic..

Creatine works well for MOST people but not all etc.

Some people do have Glutamine deficiencies and for those (not many) people supplementation is mandatory if you're doing a lot of workouts.

  • @orasis you're right most of the people are not the same..all the ones at my gym who waste their money on supplements are tiny..meanwhile I'm at home eating my chicken and rice and am twice the size of these guys..I have met "many" pro bodybuilders at my competitions who all chuckle when the subject of supplements comes up..my cousin goes out with Chris Cormier and even he says it crap.hey it's your money ur throwng down the toilet . go nuts

  • @orasis The glutamine really is individual thing. I supplement with Glutamine+ BCAA+ creatine+NO2. It is all available as a combined product and I kow it has made a difference. I am 39 and train Juijitsu with a bunch of guys half my age and they notice the differnence. I have far more stamina and less post work out fatigue and delayed onset muscle soreness. I am thinking about buying individual compunds and making my own ratio once I finish my current supply.

  • what supplement for cuchi?

  • beautiful girl

  • Oeehlaalaaa Chickie!

  • wake up - weight gain

2 hours later - breakfast - eggwhites and oats

    take pills

    workout 30 min later

powder after? with a 52g protein shake, then a meal 2 hours later for good growth i would say... what do you think? for a male

i dunno whats better.. pills or powder..

they say powder absorbes better so i would want that right after my workout

  • SHE'S HOT!

  • Just take Xtend... best bcaa's in the market. and not that expensive :)

  • please tell us something about artifical sweeteners like sucralose , saccarin , aspartame , acesulfame potassium .

  • Generally bad but then again if you want protein powders that don't have a ton of carbs you don't have much options.

I think Sucralose is the best of them all toxicity wise -- I'd stay far away from Saccharin and Aspartame though.

  • where can we post our email queries? mine is to do with lactose free protein. cheers

  • BCAA ARE TOXIC ????? ARE YOU SUR ??

  • Just a question, I take just bcaa pills, but I hear they can cause depression. I have been feeling super sad for no reason lately and I have no idea why. (I also use the same brand BodyTech). Should I stop taking them?

  • Why not just get 100% whey gold standard protein power from optimum Nutrition? One serving is only 130 calories with 24 grams of protein. You get 4 grams of glutamine and 5 grams of bcaa's. You get everything you need in one protein shake. I drink one shake before my workout and one right after my workout. It has Everything you will ever need to build muscle besides maybe a scoop or two of no xplode from bsn.

  • I take the ProLab BCAA Plus (6Capsules per serving) after a workout, but i hate swallowing caps. I also drink a Whey Isolate (isopure) after my workout. Would it still be just as beneficial if i just empty the 6 capsules in my shaker with the protein powder?

  • deviuz2006 - yes, you can drink it throughout the day, and it fits well in a water bottle. You barely notice it's in there! However, if fat loss is your main focus to start with, then it's only really important during and surrounding your workouts. Don't really worry about it other times of the day. Focus on diet and nutrient timing. Thanks!! :)

  • so u can actually fit all dat in a water bottle and drink it trew out the day and also take bcaas? i mean can u elaborate dat a little bit ...such helpful tips and i do plan to lose weight but gain muscle dis year 2009 cuz man im 26 and i look like i need to get in shape all my friends are like jocks and im the only one still looking like i came out of high school ..lol

  • YES! Wheatgrass is a great antioxidant (vit E, C and A), plus it's got a large % of chlorophyll, some enzymes and even extra aminos. Remember, the key is to mix it up -- have 2 to 5 different sources and choose different ones throughout the week. Variety is not only the 'spice of life', but a good foundation for health! Thanks for you comment! :)

  • Can I use Wheat grass for antioxidant? Love ur videos!! Very for informative!
