I've tried to do something similar using a historical parallel that doesn't mention global warming by name, but reminds us that what we do to our environment has consequences.

There's this vid by this dude RichardTrekkerTheII (4Htbx_VG58E)who is a Belgian research scientist who got banned from the scientific community for speaking his mind on this stuff and it really made me think different and get off my ass and do something. I highly recommend it.

Man has to create one country only, called "Earthland" - No other countries allowed. 'Then' it's one government, one body of citizens known as earthlings, not any other term. Then? We have to set laws of conservation and numbers of children allowed to be born, population control, till we stabilize this durn planet! No air, we won't make it. The time to think is NOW.
