    xxxxx

  • I can't even begin to tell you how envious I am of your talent. I'd love to hear what you could do with a rock-style synthesiser or something. Join a band!

  • This Lee "Miles" Reed born on the 24th January 1958 in Deptford with an unusual flare for the piano and encouraged by his Uncle David is an unstoppable force of nature, he must be stopped and dealt with. > All the way from over there.. me Robbie.. I've noticed you're all looking beautiful this evening...

  • your playing is execellent, but why are you forcing yourself to look like its effortless, make it look like its taking everything youve got to play that badass!

  • have you considered that perhaps he looks relaxed because playing any instrument is much, much easier when you are relaxed.

  • no more than you've concidered that i already concidered that possibility.

  • from a layman's point of view I'm amazed how you can play a different rhythm with each hand, brilliant.

  • My family and i had breakfast with jools holland whilst he was staying at the hyatt in birmingham and he autographed a post card for me and give me some cool tips!!!!!!!!!!

  • Oh how cool is that! What did he say?

  • He said "don't eat the eggs, they are awful"

  • thats good advice nothing worse than a bad egg! He is a great player and im very much inspired by him!

  • Excellent! Thanks very much.

  • great playing

  • Tell me about it! U ROCK!!! RIGHT ON!

  • BRAVO THE BEST BOOGIE!!!

  • ive learned the normal fina version finally so onto jools version now! mite b quite a while b4 we see a vid on here tho!

  • Awesome! I'm so jealous, I've always wanted to be able to play like Jools. Unfortunately I had to give up my piano when I came to college! :( Great stuff.

  • Well its never too late to start again!

  • you make it look so damned easy. I can only get the left hand going, its the right hand that makes me screw up!

    Keep at it dude

  • Thanks! Just Practice and practice and then some more!

  • Ver nice Lee, are you improvising each of these runs on the spot or are many planned by listening to Jools? Either way they sound fantastic and your time and rhythm is kept very well. Very nice to hear. With a perforamance like this you could easily play it in a band like jools.

  • Thanks very much! Well its improvisation around a structure! It never sounds the same twice!

  • thats fantastic

this is my favorite boogie piece, and you play it very well!

  • dude that rocks, thats awesome did u learn that by ear? i can play the jack fina version, but playing just like jools is hard, u seem 2 hav it down tho

  • thanks so much! well yes to say its easy would be a lie! but ive studied jools for many years but i think what is more importand than simply copying someone elses playing its better to get the feel and i try to do that with jools.

  • yea, well done there listening 2 it is just like im listnin 2 jools. u in a band or u jus play solo piano?

  • wow thats such an amazing complement thank you! Id love to be in a band - maybe one day soon! I wish but as for now im playing hotels in london! what about you?

  • no worries. thats pretty cool, wish i was even good enuf to do that lol! still only grade 6 atm but i keep pushing myself further! just need to get a bit of a reportoire going before i even think about public performances tho! neways, well done look 4wd 2 hearin more! btw how long have u bin playing for?

  • Keep practicing as jools once said to me - it is the essence! Its so importand to keep at it.

Dont worry what others think do it for yourself!
