I agree, just put in MMA Backyard Fighting...but when you are taken down like the shirtless guy was DO NOT give up and try to take the punches, of course you're gonna get punched but right away lock up your ankles against the opponent and with your right knee (left knee if preferred) stick it right under the guys tailbone that way you're able to reverse him and turn him over. Really useful tip I was told years ago, helps me when fighting friends who like dominant position.
