Wrong. Ice is neutral against a Fire/Flying type. Flying is weak to Ice but Fire is resistant to Ice, therefore balancing each other out.

@micericeking111 true salamance probably have better stats most of the time but dragonite can learn other flying type moves that salamance cant, plus dragonite can get ice beam (great 4 salamnce head shots) and on top of that he was the 1st dragon pokemon, but in the end it dosent even matter because mudkip will always claim the prize
