Hah, I actually got to play a little last night. So far, I love it! I only got to play like 5 minutes though. I got to Chillman, but I didn't have enough time to kill him. I like being able to use Protoman, too. :)

I thought the game was awesome, except for two certain aspects: the normal mode was too easy, and the most of the music was sub-par. I only thought, like, 4 or 5 songs off the entire soundtrack were acceptable.

They're probably similar due to both taking inspiration from the same source; Blade Runner (the novel that it's based on is, after all, called "Do Andriods Dream of Electric Sheep?"). Probably a co-incidence if they seem to rip each other off.

for some mega man games ive played there was always a hard boss or annoying boss that i like to call

for MM2 THAT boss was quickman and hes the only reason i cant do an no hit run for MM2

in MM1 it was the Yellow Devil(without the pause trick)

for MM4 it was bright man and his cheap freeze time body slam trick

and for MM10 i got a feeling in my gut its gonna be Solar man

Yeah, but Sheep Man can MORPH INTO FOUR INDIVIDUAL CLOUDS THAT ALL SHOOT LIGHTNING can Mareep to do that? Though, I'm not bashing Mareep; Ampharos is one of my favorite pokemon. XD

Well, now that sounds like it's ripping off Cloud Man. Actually...yeah. The sheep idea is just hiding the whole cloud thing again. xD Kinda lame really, when you think about it. (I know the game will still be awesome, but nonetheless, I'm seeing Mega Man fangames with better bosses than what Capcom can think up lately...)

And when you say MM fangames, I assume you're referring to "Mega Man Unlimited" by MegaPhilX and "Mega Man 72" by HKLurch18? Each of those fan games has well-designed and grotesquely-designed robot masters: Gamble Man and Inject Man form MM72 are kinda ugly. Glue Man and Tank Man sboth seem pretty bland from MMU.

Hey, if Sheep-boy fights well, he'll earn my respect. ;3 And yes, I was noticing those two fan games you mentioned. I think they look alright...a number of the robot masters are fairly fun. (Rainbow man is actually cool and unique in-battle from what I've seen, using the refraction of light waves as attacks.) Still, I feel the music in both games--while I can tell they tried their best---doesn't really impress me. MMU's music feels very random in particular. We'll see how they turn out. =P
