i watch ppl try these hills every year from a spot close to where the camera person was standing to even attempt these hills u need insurance and a special permit and after u get that stuff u should b very experienced in hill climbs
@Xxslayer410xX troll much? all i said in the first place is that i HEARD u need insurance and a permit i didnt say u absolutely needed it. by ur typing and response to my first comment makes it look like you have had a few rolls down the hill and suffered some head trauma. that is even if u realy tryed that hill wich i doubt u did
