Wow! Such a cool and cute album. I love classes with Tim - he puts a lot into his classes and you really get your money's worth in techniques and inspiration. One question: how did you attach the binder ring piece to the sticky back canvas spine? TIA, Karen :)
@KarenScraps Hi Karen! What he did was attach the binder ring to the chipboard spine. Then, covered the spine where the backside of the brads were sticking out of with cardstock paper (same size as the chipboard spine). Then we attached the canvas to the spine and wrapped it around the back and front covers of the book.
Hey Beverly, thanks so much for responding. I'm trying to envision it. I have a couple of those binder thangys from my LSS, but all this time, I never knew how to attach it! LOL! So, is the cardstock paper necessary if it's just being sandwiched between the chipboard spine and the canvas?
@KarenScraps The cardstock paper is necessary, so that you would not have to see the back of the brads "bump" through the canvas. Did I make sense just now? LOL
TFS....the perfect spray mist (looks glittery) looks great to try/use! Love your journal. Can't wait for the new products to come out! TFS...you were blessed to be in his class! Blessings, Cynthia...
Very cute album!
