I don't know who your director is/was, but if I were him, I'd be spitting hot coals at some of your fellow musicians for walking around and messing with sheet music during your performance. I was in band and orchestra once myself, and the most disrespectful thing you can do during a solo is move around and make noise of any kind. It's a disgusting lack of courtesy, and they should be ashamed for it.
dude, Yes!!!.... Totally optimus prime man , thats Freaking Fantastic brother..... love seeing someone crank out the violin in ways no one else has ever even tried.... Keep it up senior!!
@zerograv What!? That makes no sense. Since when has it been a stereotype that american's think neoclassical music is an abomination? I think your spelling is an abomination.
and don't get me wrong i do like the real americans and south- americans
i just don't like americans...
srry but i even think they deserved all the shit that happend to them the last 10 years :p
ok there are exceptions ...still i don't like the most americans thats better :D
and about the spelling its not as if somebody is going to give me money or grades on it or someone important is going to read this shit so why would i try ...
excuse me but where R U from, some 3rd world country bull shit? where do U get off america deserves what's happened in the last 10 years? do U think it's ok hundreds of innocent ppl & children have died & lost families if so, U R no better than the "the americans" if they R as bad as U make them sound.....*sigh*
Superb, masterful, new and interesting. I've been impressed by your music before, but this is initial promise fulfilled. It has prompted me to buy a CD for the first time in more than a year, and makes me very keen to hear what you do next.
I like it. This definately is your best so far. I also like the title. Not only does it describe the process of writing the music, but the tones make me think of a relationship that is a "Work in progress" Some parts are more Singular while others are powerful and rocky. Keep up the greatness, Hope to Hear many of your future songs. :D
Awesome, but the end part is like a slap on, almost different critter altogether. Either build up the previous part to a storm, or go reverse on the previous tracks measure by measure (easier said than done) and wind it down.
Title "garden of roses" - it's something peaceful, but here is real pain, and You almost can hear this pain words, for example in 1:57 "...Living without you, Screaming without you, day after day one step closer to fall to... "
Fellow electric violinist too. You've got a really sensitive play, and that makes you sound frankly great. You got me crying by the half of the song. Just continue ^_^ !
Not that good dude really. my blind friend could do better
