I have seen no evidence that Ron Paul believes the federal reserve is directly/indirectly owned by foreign corporations and wants to establish a world government. In 1913 Secretary of State Knox decided to ratify the 16th amendment despite some minor capitalization (ex: some capitalize States, others didn't) and word (ex: levy vs lay taxes) choices when the states submitted their approval. There is, however, no doubt the 16th amendment was ratified.
The only way to question the ratification would be to resurrect all the Congressmen and State Legislators from 1913 and have them debate whether or not the states intended the 16th amendment to pass. Obviously, its ridiculous to suppose we should do that. No state or Senator ever came out saying they were wrongfully counted as voting for the 16th amendment.

Presently, according to the US Bureau of Labor Statistics there are at least 1,116, 967 lawyers, 4,000 historians, 1,774 federal judges, and 14,600 economists. All the numbers but lawyers are just people presently working in the field and don't include people who are licensed/qualified to work in their respective field. Total these up and you get 1,137,341 people.
If 99% are payed off, that makes 1,125,967 people payed off. Remember this (outside of lawyers) is only people presently working in the fields, and doesn't include all the people who are qualified but don't work in the field. Moreover, we could easily include tens of millions more people outside the US and hundreds of millions of people who are presently dead who would also have to be paid off by your logic. In the second half of your post you describe people who are broke or have some sort of disorder to prevent them from functioning as a normal individual. This is what charities are for. The government, however, was never meant to be a charity. And people shouldn't rely on the government to act as a charity. To do so puts people into a poverty consciousness which is the second to largest reason an individual is broke (The first being not knowing how to earn money).
Everybody is born with equal resources. We have available to us everything there is. We also operate with the same mental faculties. For the government to maintain public schools and subsidizes public colleges is a small fraction of current government spending. I am not interested in discussing opinions of the importance of governmental involvement in education, however with current involvement its a relatively small part of the budget.
Please note, Alex Jones' definition of a license is made up and has absolutely no legal basis. Therefore, everything Alex Jones said regarding licenses using that definition is invalid. Moreover, the $27 trillion figure is made up, not documented, and all loans made by the federal reserve to foreign financial corporations are payed back and tax payer money is never risked.

When people demand a product more, the price usually increases. Moreover, some people who aren't interested in health insurance are forced to purchase it. In order to earn money, you have to render a lot of service. When you leverage others to provide service far beyond your physical presence you get more money. How much currency you receive is in direct proportion to how much service you provide and how difficult you are to replace. It has absolutely nothing to do with how many hours you work. The only way to question the ratification would be to resurrect all the Congressmen and State Legislators from 1913 and have them debate whether or not the states intended the 16th amendment to pass. Presently, according to the US Bureau of Labor Statistics there are at least 1,116, 967 lawyers, 4,000 historians, 1,774 federal judges, and 14,600 economists. All the numbers but lawyers are just people presently working in the field and don't include people who are licensed/qualified to work in their respective field. Total these up and you get 1,137,341 people.

The government, however, was never meant to be a charity. And people shouldn't rely on the government to act as a charity. Im tired of hearing people blame this president for our economy like hes been in office for the past ten years. It seems most idiots who blame Obama forgot how we got in here in the first place and have a short term memory. Lets say Obama did nothing , absolutely nothing then we would of went into a depression and then you would of been waiting 5 blocks to get a piece of bread. Tell me, has he reduced gov. spending? has he brought our troops home? Has he given us FAIR universal health care? Has he reduced the Debt? The only thing he has done is made it worse. Obama suported QE1&2 which is printing trillions of dollars with nothing to back it up. He only delayed the depression and by doing so it will be much much worse.

The REPUBLICANS are the ones blocking a raise of the debt ceiling. Why are there no jobs? because obama is persuing republican policies. @w94509 He extended it because unfortunately recession coincided with their expiration so he needed to support consumer spending. He wanted to let it expire for the Upper class because they were small in number, saved their money, has little effect on incentives, and would raise a lot of revenue because your society has become so unequal since the 'fabulous' reagan era. Republicans in congress refuse to pass anything so we had to concede that. Btw a question mark goes at the end of a question.
