Love this thing! Great price - plus got a $100 gift card! First thing it did was update to 3.1.

My only problem with it that my wife has fallen in love with it. So I only get to touch it when she leaves it a lone - which isn't often.

I'm going to add a 32gig card just because I can! She probably will not fill it out, but I just may!

The Ipad is a fine device. I only got one because there where some programs i couldnt get with android. But its never going to replace a pc. Because its way too limited. At least most Android are expandable, you have USB and SD cards. Thats more then i can say for the Ipad. I probaby get a Android someday. Also why dose everything has to be super thin. The thinner something is the more likely its going to break. Hell i had to buy a big ass case just to make sure that didnt happen with my Ipad.

It seems that for some weird and odd reason when the device gets under 1GB of hard drive space is when these errors occur so after deleting some music(which i had about 8GB of music) i deleted about 2GB of music, everthing started working fine again. Not sure why this happens but i figure i will buy a 16GB SD card to store all my music and just use the device for games and whatnot..Hope that will take care of the problem.

I like this tablet quite a bit, would never trade it for a ipad. The only one problem i had with this is that at some point i started getting the error messages "update unsuccessful or installation unsuccessful while trying to download games from the market. I tried all solutions with no fix and was forced to restore to factory settings to fix it. After using it for awhile again the errors started popping back up again, so i tried some solutions again and finally found the problem...

Why do alot of games crash and force close on this tablet? Even the android market has crashed once or twice on me. I am ready to return this if i dont get a answer soon. I actually wanted the asus but was sold out everywhere, but i fear it will be the same thing with that since its running the same OS and hardware. So do i keep this and hope there will be a update in the near future that will update these problems, exchange this for another acer or just return it for my money?

1. Tiny useless cameras that they kinda just shoved into there.

2. 1 speaker.

3. No HDMI (and that is what i believe to be the reason they dont include it in any of their mobile products)

Acer is a great company, very innovative, starting out the whole netbook area, with everyone else jumping onboard. Also buying out Emachines, Gateway, and Packerd Bell shows they are one of the biggest computer companies out there right now. This looks cool, but i'll stick with their laptops and desktops which i've used "flawlessly" since 1997. I just don't like the limited things you can do with these tablets, and i just think there isn't much point to them. Streaming and searching. Bout all.

Why does everyone seem so concerned with how thin a tablet is? Like a thicker tablet isn't as good because another tablet is thinner. Big whoop! Personally, I like to be able to "feel" like I'm holding something in my hands. I wouldn't feel comfortable holding something thinner than a CD case. I'd feel like I'd break it if I gripped it hard enough.
