I agree with you. I see this in school alot the most outgoing people usually get the girls even though they might not be the most good looking. I think confidence is key to most things in life.
But I'm stuffed as I am the most shy person you will ever meet (even though I might not seem that way on the internet) especially around girls and like yourself I wouldn't say I'm good looking. Hopefully this will change with age, who knows.
