@capefearfx hey we should talk, I have worked on alot of random projects in the same area and at Screen Gems, I relocated back to NC (was born in Winston) after running the Film/TV Development department for NBC Universal in Orlando for 12 years and decided to branch out on my own since NBC screwed around with so much and started "fixing" everything there, plus it was good to get back out of an office and get my hands dirty doing digital FX and editing again (Avid certified)
No offense, guys, but I think you got more fun making/acting than people watching it.
Actually I came here to drop a huge pile of crap in the comments, but lets just say the story was pretty predictable. Oh, and that guy from the junkyard took overacting to a whole new level 8)
I like horror movies with maniacs and Jessy.. err, I mean Aaron Paul, so no dislikes for you today. Cheers.
This was a fun movie to work on. I was the Special Effects Coordinator. They created the look of the killer from welding gear in my shop. The special effects budget was minimal but I think we made a great looking film for the budget. We shot the junk yard in what used to be the backlot of Screen Gems Studio in Wilmington NC. At one time the backlot was 3 blocks Brooklyn streets and later rebuilt to be the castle in "Black Knight with M.Lawrence.
i found this movie searching info about Wreckage, Freddie Mercury's band when he was a teenager
