Screw Hill (he's a friend so I don't mean that as an insult!!), different league entirely... You got the power man, just tighten your core more and squeeze the butt to keep the legs together... Trust me, I coach gymnastics and am a diver... You got the skills, technique, and power, that's obvious... Now focus on your form... It'll make things smoother and in the long run good form makes way for longer passes... Good luck and take care :)

anyone who can stunt and tumble is beast. forget about the little tumbler boys. it takes a real athlete to be able to do both.
