And the truck WAS NOT CHAINED to the top >.> try to stay on the top of a builing being destroyed and you will see if your body will be on the top or in the middle of the concreet :D luck made it stay on the top of the builing but still, the fall was tremendous don't forget that.

Having in mind the speed that the truck was falling really fast, imagine how hard it will be for the truck going from "falling really fast" to "0 km/h" in a fraction of second, right on (...)

The building will fall down the same as the truck because gravity effects all things equal. Gravity is equal to -9.8m/s^2, therefore it will effect everything on earth the same, the only difference will be air resistance, which is this case is not a large factor.
