  • your channel is WOW you are one of the best in the US

  • attorneys cost a fortune they'll say you lose the second - nope! they'll say you pay back 10% on cc's - nope! - try 60 or higher they say 3 years - nope! most only qualify for 5! the bk court trustee gets 10% of all you send in court is tight on allowed expense money for food et al.. All raises go to the creditors you still owe the credtiors in the end do... Deal with your creditors directly - they will settle for far less than bk... irs 982 protects you if you are insolvent.....
  • Usuary is in the Bible as a sin.

Contact the fine Lawyers at Dewey, Cheetum, and Howe.

Litigate while you still can and the banks and lawyers can still play THEIR games.

  • Bankruptcy stays on credit history for 10 years and makes it really difficult at times to rent or even get certain jobs. Almost everything else such as charge offs, repossessions, and such just take 7 years to clear off one's credit history.

  • @chiyerano Some things just take care of themselves over 7 years. I just focus on paying my utility bills on time as it's a good way to rebuild credit without going into any more debt and I'm getting something I need or can use anyway.

  • ...high, and high, and more high, getting high morerest high, with high getting more high, is...hey pass, pass, puff, pass, puff, high...and soasmuch as high in the woah!...I gotta like go to work after I get the job, wow, that blows...what about the dream?...pass that joint back dude...but I like little dicks, they don't hurt as much, high, puff, high, girls?...what do they do?...high...

  • all lawyers are slime

  • wait till the FOR SALE sign is on the white house lawn..he..

  • @chadberry75 The white house is already a rental property.

  • See how NY bankruptcy law may be developing with respect to MERS: doubleudoubleudoubleu.newsli.com/2011/07/31/foreclosure-defence-and-bankruptcy-banks-may-be-in-bigger-hole-than-borrowers/

  • If you are doing a Loan Mod - also make sure you send everything Certified Mail with a return receipt to you. They have to sign for it and you have proof they received it. same thing when disputing your credit report. This is so effective.

  • Banks are waiting because if they flood the market with all the junk, it will cut the values of middle class neighbor hoods thus screwing those that actually pay their bills and have homes that are well taken care of. Plus continually driving down the banks bottom line. I see the banker appraisal guys going round with spreadsheet lists

looking to see which houses to foreclose on, they want the ones that are not junk.

They are letting people stay now in the ones that are very distressed.???

  • Folks saying BK ruins your life are wrong---millions have, and are, filing BK. Creditors will actually try to get you back into the debt system----my office does BK and filing BK is better than letting all of the past due bills and judgments pile up-----if you're way behind on your bills that has already effected your credit report----might as well get rid of the debt, and the bill collectors and just file.

  • The TV tells us to buy things we can not afford. Houses, Cars, anything, and we want it now. So what do we do now? TV can sell us anything.

  • Uh, Go figure? A BANKRUTCY ATTORNEY ENCOURAGING FILING FOR BANKRUPTCY!! George, please!!! Once you do that, it RUINS YOUR LIFE, it is ALWAYS on the record!! Do anything but file!! HORRIBLE ADVICE, Course this shrill is making dollars!!

  • I've just started the loan modification process. Good tips. Thanks George.

  • @mxp2000 If you are doing a Loan Mod - also make sure you send everything Certified Mail with a return receipt to you. They have to sign for it and you have proof they received it. This is so effective. Got my mod under 6 months even after an attorney told me that only 5% get mod and he suggested foreclosure. Others I know waited over a year. Plus dont pay your mortgage at all.

  • ...If you do they see that as having no reason to go forward with mod. I also threaten to notify my State reps/Congressman..

  • I'm sorry I'm usually on page and agree with George and what is going on but I think people should pay their bills, You know who really hurts in this economic downturn? People on fixed income, people like me that have done the right thing; own their house, saved their money, underconsumed for a DECADE plus I might add and what do I get for this? 2-3% in a term deposit? I should be getting 14% because no one saves money. Now rates remain low so people can load up on debt again, no end in sight.

  • @justgetsome

I hear ya! I had extra income each month and looked at what I could do with it. I could save it and lose money each month, or I could throw it into high risk investments on wall street. Finally I realized that I could make a 5.5 percent return on my money with zero risk by paying down my home. I actually did a 60/40 with precious metals and they're up from 14 to 40 now. I recommend you take some of that savings each month and drive down to the coin shop and buy some silver.

  • @justgetsome

so you did things wrong (even though you THOUGHT it was right b/c you believed the evil doers) and now you want other people to continue to do it wrong so that your wrong decisions aren't so wrong?

Sorry, but for you to suggest people pay back credit from banks who created the credit out of thin air, is to offer disengenuine advice.

EVERYBODY: DEFAULT NOW on ALL BANK DEBT. Fight them in court if you want to, pay an attorney as it will cost u less than the debt. STARVE 'EM!!

  • @Eraser7622

    make that disingenuous

  • @Eraser7622 ...very cowardly approach indeed. Don't be a man, don't pay your bills, is this how your parents raised you? I didn't do anything wrong by the way, i don't understand what you mean. Capitalism doesn't work wihtout capital, capital comes from savings...no one is saving except for me and my wife. Everyone is a credit rich loser, i deserve alot more than 4% in a term deposit.

  • @justgetsome

For you to call that approach cowardly is to prove your lack of understanding of the fundamental issue at hand. If somebody in your family were to lend you $30,000, for example.. that person had to work and labor for that money which they saved over time. This debt must be repaid from a moral and ethical standpoint. That same loan given you from a bank in the form of credit is created from thin air with no labor.. why does the bank deserve it more than you? Default or get fuk'd

  • @Eraser7622 ...your position is defunked because i have never had a mortgage or borrowed money from anyone. I paid cash for my house, yes cash and in full. I know this is unusual as it is for someone to actually save enough money to purchase large scale items but it isn't bullshit i assure you.

  • @justgetsome

    Con't..

there is a war going on friend.. it is the banks and their elite masters versus you and your wife.. me and my wife and kids and neighbors and friends and all the good people who have played by the rules our whole lives only to be screwed over like we are children who dare not question the wisdom of our parents.

The revolution has started... you are either on our side, or your support the slave masters (Stockholm syndrome anybody?).

STARVE the beast and default TODAY

  • @Eraser7622 ...I don't own banks anything, i never had a mortgage on any of the properties we owe. We have always saved money and paid cash for everything, including property. This isn't bullshit either, I'm pissed because I get 4% on term deposits when i should be getting 14%.

  • @Eraser7622 ...another thing. Why did banks need bailouts? because they gave loans to Americans who didn't pay them back. This is the simple truth. Everyone wants to blame the banks....why? they loanded money to losers who didn't pay it back, then they get the bailiut money and they don't loan it out....why would they? they got burned by american losers who couldn't but a toaster unless they charged it to a credit card. Americans are just credit rich losers, i wouldn't loan them a dime.

  • @justgetsome

Okay, I appreciate the passion with which you speak, AND I believe that you paid for what you say you did, but don't start talking too much about things you don't understand such as the bailouts. the bailouts had NOTHING at all.. NOTHING to do w/ consumers defaulting on loans. You are completely in over your head on this one.

If you want to complain, call the Bernake.. if you want to know how to move forward and turn things in your favor, I already told you.

    Best wishes friend

  • @Eraser7622 ...we will have to agree on a disagree. The housing bubble was inflated because of low interest rates, people loaded up and bought houses they couldn't afford and they eventually stopped paying. This is fact.

  • @justgetsome The mortgage defaults are still really low 5-6 % max. So 94% of the borrowers are paying on time, everytime.

  • @danfive555 ...yes, that's for any given year. What about 6% defaults over ten years? That's 60% of houses that have gone into foreclosure during the last decade, you see?

  • Good video George! Thumbs up and clicked on three adds!

  • youtube is trippin out, 2 views and 50 likes...

  • In Weimer Germany all these lawyers and financial jobs that produce nothing went away... we need for that to happen. Our economy is not productive because it is waaaaaaaaaaaaaay too regulated and the big money has been with all these produce NOTHING jobs... that can't last. Time to PURGE.

  • A lot of attorneys are just running damage control for the banks so be careful. If you have time to do some study, you don't need to hire anyone to sign your rights away to. Besides, the Mosaic law says we should practice strict liability. Something to think about eh?

  • Great job George keep up the good work :) Nicole

  • @george4title I really didn't mean lately. 5yrs. I been a Big Fan of you'rs, Love you much. Randy.

  • 0TH!

  • Ya I paid my home off last year but if I were under water by more than say 10%, I'd stop paying and save heavily until they kick me out. Then rent a room for a few years, saving even more, then buy a new place. I have a strong sense of morality with other human beings but I suspend morality when I'm dealing with a large corporation, Just as large corporations have no morality when they deal with the public.

  • @vention4wh well said, I've been thinking about you a lot since my last match.com video

  • @george4title

Thanks George but don't worry about me. I'm doing great.

  • @vention4wh Indeed!

  • @vention4wh That's a very good way of looking at it. Even though I always paid the minimum on time & had perfect credit, my credit card companies increased my interest from 0% to over 20%. When I ended up getting laid off, I immediately defaulted on all of my credit cards. After 6 months, I immediately ask all third party collection agencies to validate the loan, since they cannot, they just sell my info to a different third party collection agency every 3 to 4 months. I owe nothing.

  • @rayme4raw

Don't see how you could have done differently. The huge financial companies suck all the jobs out of the country then they expect you to somehow keep paying. Glad you got out of their bs.

  • @vention4wh It's interesting how many hours of research I had to do to find out how the system works for credit cards (about 50 hours over several months) and the info was hard to find. The laws still very much protect the debtor, yet the propaganda that is regurgitated by 99% of the public guarantees that very few people even protest the abuse and harassment. But you're right, it only becomes a moral issue if the corporations behaved morally in the first place. Since they didn't ....

  • pause @ 0:44 sun in the middle of a triangle? Maybe im just paranoid.

  • I support you brother. I don't support his message. Any member of the BAR, is a servant to the Queen of England, and should be registered within the state in which they "practice" as foreign agents, with the Secretary of State. Mandatory, under the UCC. When we hire attorney which are BAR members, we become a "Ward of the State", be default and subject to the rule of maritime Law. The bottom line, is that a subject of the court, is accountable to the Queen of England.

  • @Frequencitee What law can one quote to the Judge in order to let him know this?

  • @jimbobubbadj It starts with a "Negative Averment" placing the burden where it belongs on the complainant/ claimant. The courts cannot have authority over anyone that doesn't submit to authority. And that point gets driven home until the Judge submits that He/She does not have authority over the individual.

  • @Frequencitee

As far as Law...start with Genesis 1:26, whether you believe it or not. Let the court provide something greater than a note from Mom and a Hall pass. They need "proof" of authority/jurisdiction over an individual. It's hard to answer your question in 500 characters or less, as there are too many ways to defeat the courts.

  • I spent 20 plus years in the military for this country. When I look back, I feel that it was all in vain. There will be a revolution in this country. Republicans fake it when they argue to cut taxes because cuts "pay for themselves" through higher federal revenue. Democrats fake it when they spend more but call it "investment." The witless conspiracy of our two parties has brought the country to bankruptcy. We only have one party in this country- Institutional Party

  • @junkyarddog47 Very true, I have a few people tell me that the revolution is coming. I tell them that it's here, a revolution is just a major change in how people think about the world around them. The biggest change I see is an aversion to debt. Everyone is lowering their standard of living to get out of debt as fast as possible. This contraction in the money supply is scaring Ben B to death.

  • @junkyarddog47 The day is young. Recapture your fervor for what you believe in. Remember why you made the sacrifice to begin with, and embrace that.

  • I hope we meet soon, I need to grow on youtube.
