His talk is rather vague at the beginning but it gets much more interesting at the questions. Have they ever tried to fill out questionnaires before the lectures to find out what the people are most curious about? It seems like that would help the most so the lecturer could make sure to get to those points in the discussion. I also think examples should be shown in lectures such as the still images or substitution experiments.
