There are no UN sanctions against Zimbabwe. So every country is free to trade or not to trade with Zimbabwe.

There are no full blown US or EU sanctions either. US and EU put under sanctions only personal effect and businesses owned by about 200 corrupt Zimbabwean officials. Any independent business in Zim is free to trade with US and EU.

The real issue is that there is almost nothing Zimbabwe can offer to anyone. Mugabe's economic policies devastated Zimbabwe.
