looks to me like you just blocked off the waste gate hose, haha, hold it on 20psi through 4th-5th gear and show us it holding on 20psi right through instead of buttoning off the boost when it hits 20psi, any factory cordia will hit 20psi+ with the wastegate blocked with either factory TC05 or TC06 turbo even without the boost sensor on the firewall unplugged, show us something worthwhile
