the ana is a fucking joke.... probably the worst armed forces out of any armed forces in the world... most battles in afghanistan involve 20-50 americans or canadians and 500-1000 afghan national army, yet the 20-50 guys usually get 99% of the kills and objectives while the ana runs around and shoots randomly and indirectly, or robs corn and marijuana from a near by farm.... most western high school football teams armed with ANA grade weapons would have little problem out maneuvering them

Only a ceasefire, the two nations by all technical means are still at war....but we didn't lose in Korea, we wanted to keep communism in the north and that has been achieved, had china not intervened we would have 1 unified Democratic Korea. And war if 1812 can sort of be a US victory because since then ain't one of our sailors been stolen by the Brits, which is a reason whynit was fought....
@CatIcarus Exactly it was only a ceasefire and technically were still at war. On the flip side if Canada hadn't held its ground at Kapyong the north would have completely taken S.Korea.
As for 1812 totally agree that the English navy was capturing U.S sailors because they didn't recognize the U.S as a country. But it also had to do with the U.S manifest destiny and driving the British out of N.America. Either way it was a stalemate because neither side could win

We burned down the White House, Americans captured what's now Toronto. Both sides couldn't continue fighting because of a lack of supplies and troops so a truce was called.

Only a ceasefire, the two nations by all technical means are still at war....but we didn't lose in Korea, we wanted to keep communism in the north and that has been achieved, had china not intervened we would have 1 unified Democratic Korea. And war if 1812 can sort of be a US victory because since then ain't one of our sailors been stolen by the Brits, which is a reason whynit was fought....

@CatIcarus Exactly it was only a ceasefire and technically were still at war. On the flip side if Canada hadn't held its ground at Kapyong the north would have completely taken S.Korea.
As for 1812 totally agree that the English navy was capturing U.S sailors because they didn't recognize the U.S as a country. But it also had to do with the U.S manifest destiny and driving the British out of N.America. Either way it was a stalemate because neither side could win

We won almost all the fights we fought, but due to the anti-war attitude everyone had in the 70's politicians were under pressure to withdraw, so we lost by default. Besides, compared to any other country in past wars, we win more than other countries. Remember, Europe would be one big giant fucking Germany without us, including the UK and parts of Russia.
Did we declare war on Lebanon? No, we didn't. We can't lose a war that never happened.

We burned down the White House, Americans captured what's now Toronto. Both sides couldn't continue fighting because of a lack of supplies and troops so a truce was called.
You also didn't win in Korea because it's still technically a war zone. I could go on but I'm not here to bash America, just to get the facts straight.
