Other DUI drivers all go to jail and serve full sentence, community service, rehab, etc. However with Lindsay, nah... she must be ABOVE the legal system. She gets her own cell in jail, gets out of jail after 13 days instead of 90 days, moved to rehab and who knows? Maybe they'll say she's too pretty & fragile to be in rehab too!!

i think the judge gave her 90 days only because it forces her to do the minimum 30 days with bail. and the prosecution wanted to sentence her for 30 days without bail.
