1. the samples in this were made by scantraxx and Willem/ Joram specifically......need I say more?

2. sampling is taking an audio clip and using it to add extra sounds that people are familiar with to a unique creation. Re-painting the mona lisa with your name on it would be like re-posting a heddy song to youtube and saying you made it....sampling is ENTIRELY different than copying.......yet again....need I say more?

@tannermann If you would have linked me that earlier, I would have given your points some thought, but still take into consideration that there are only so many possible rythyms and melodies one can create, and when restricted to a specific style, there are even less. I also just learned that half of the vox in Best of Both Worlds are sampled from a beastie boys song. the other half was made by Scantraxx. Art of creation is obviously a (great)attempt to re-make that a song in a different style.
