a few years back i had a friend who needed help like this and the interest was killer, they were even forced to settle early to deal with it.  wish i had known about this at the time to suggest it to him i think he would have gotten a much more fair settlement not to mention much less cost without all the crazy interest

Interesting concept. As a lawyer I can only say that I'll remember to ask plaintiffs during their depositions if they've retained such a service for their own case. Plaintiff lawyers may or may not like that!
