Honestly, I was crying when I saw kate leaving the island with aaron. it's just, I feel so sorry for claire. but i think i kind of understand kate, i mean, she helped claire giving birth to aaron, maybe she just feel responsible for him, at least she thinks claire is lost on the island. but i hope that lost has a happy end, for me it would be so horrible if claire would not get aaron back. i just wanted to say that :P
i have missed alot of this show, how did they get off the island, was kate never pregnant? why does she have claires son? where is claire? who is jacks sister? and any thing inbetween if ne one could answer that would be awesome, u could private message it to save from spoiling it for the others cheers lisa

Claire was last seen with her dad (Christian Shephard) in Jacob cabin, last seen by Locke. Claire is Jack's half sister. Jack learns this info couple of months later, when Claires mother tearfully tells him about Claire. Kate thought she might be preggers, wasnt. Aaron is her (adopted) son. Aaron does not know about Claire, as far as the viewers know. And Sun has a baby girl.

If Kate is trying to pass Aaron off as her own - how could she ever have rescued anyone - she would have been like Claire - 8 and a half months pregnant - she must admit he is Claire's and say Claire is dead.
I think its as sigo3453 said, somethink happened to Claire and Kate takes Aaron off the island and raises him. I think Jack find out Claire is his sister after she is not near him yet, so thats why he doesnt want to see him, he is still shocked!(And that's why I think he want's to return to the island...to be with Claire...
I think Aaron is one of Oceanic 6, was at Claire's womb when the crash happened
I think at some point claire and jack find out that they are brother and sister on the island. Then something happens to claire and kate takes aarron off the island and raises him as her own. I think the reason jack doesnt want to see him is because he is possibly still shocked that claire was his sister thus making Aarron is nephew.

I guessed it was Aaron. However, the final scene still gave me chills. The music shift when she says "Hey Aaron" is brilliant.

1) He feels guilty about Aaron not being his his biological mother, Claire.
2) Aaron's real mother, Claire is also his half sister.
3) Jack PROMISED Claire, she and Aaron would get of the island together and promised Hurley they would find Claire. Now he feels guilty about it.
