I read one interpretation of this song that I liked. It said that this song is criticizing meaningless sex. Seeking to satisfy sexual urges has become such a dominant force in "love" that we often miss out on the deeper aspects of romance. The singer is urging a lover that "it's time that we grew old and do some shit", maturing beyond mere sex, and doing more with the relationship.

Thank you so much for posting that! I lived in Eastbourne for years and I used to watch this spectacle every year. It never fails to amaze me and touch my heart. Once, when I was walking on the cliffs, a man came and said there was a tornado off the coast. And it was the starlings. Wonderful. Let's not let them down. They just do what they do without harming anyone or wanting anything, and it's a joy. I wish we humans could be like that. Nice music, too. Thanks again for the memories.

So this was Leslie Feist band before she's gone solo. I was just enjoying the sounds of Broken Social Scene and I'm glad I've discovered both of them!

Been listening to Feist fairly recently and was astounded by her voice, especially on live appearances. She was my age, kewl. I knew she sang also with Kings of Covenience, another great band.

This version is also lovely, although I 1st fell in love with the Wicker Park version. The video is surreal, it really got d mood of the song.

I'm not really sure what part..but definitely it is in the WICKER PARK Soundtrack! It's probably one of the best Movie Soundtrack I had, all songs are winners! I recommend you listen to them.
