@WaldoTheNun asi it´s an envelope effect, I´d suggest that you put it as close as possible to your guitar in the fx chain, or maybe after distortion if you´ll use ´em together.

okay, im a fan of the strokes and i wanna know if there's a setting on this that could come close to matching the square-wave guitar voice in their song 12:51. I don't think the square wave alone on this came close, but it might be because of the resonance's placement. can anyone tell me?

@AlexanderCosB you do get specialised bass pedals, that do sound better, but there is nothing stopping you using a guitar pedal on a bass, or vice versa. I do it all the time :)

@AlexanderCosB I have run a bass thru this & it works Great! EH DOES make a Bass Synth pedal tho.. does great Filter/Envelope follower FX.. Only drawback is that EH didnt; get creative enuff to provide a jack for a voltage control Pedal! Duhhh!!

from 2:07 it sounds like it's played backwards. that's the sound you get that way, it starts quiet, slowly it gets harder and suddenly the sound is gone.
