I'm wondering if the way you executed this hair style only works on the mannequin's hair? Because I have extremely thick hair and I feel like securing it with bobby pins wouldn't keep it there, especially if I were to bust a move like gaga!

Oh my lord if i made my hair "buildable" I would have breakage and knots for days!!! Do people really do that do their hair? Jeez, its rough being black. But maybe afro-texture does not need to do that because our hair is already pretty thick and kinky like what you're trying to do.
