Yes. To the nationwide plan, if you havent already done so. The cost doesnt change. It didnt for me. The reason being is the way you pay for the mobile web and also for the extensions of additional features such as the verizon navigator. The only phone I had to change my plan was for the voyager. And another thing I recommend is insurance if you get this phone. nothin beats it.

Couldn't say. Though I don't see much use in getting it without contract. Verizon uses the CDMA technology. Unlike GSM, there is no SIM card, so you can't just pop in any old SIM card from any provider. Be aware, too, that Verizon charges through the nose for services the phone has such as V Cast Video ($99/month), $15/mo. for GPS & TV and I think $5/mo. for email, on top of the $70/mo. phone line charges. Thus this adds up to a grand total of approx. $200/month for one or two line. It's crazy.

It's sensitive but not too sensitive... which is a con with the iphone...

the keyboard is definitely something i LOVE... I was trying to type a text message with the iphone and it's almost impossible because the letters are so small and close together.
