@DoeWTF MoMA is The Museum of Modern Art. It is located in midtown Manhattan and is THE best museum for modern/impressionists art etc... (if I do say so myself). It is home to Van Gogh's "Starry Night" . Dali's Persistence of Time. And many other artist's magnus opuses (great works).

I love Tim burton. I just read he's coming out with a box set with danny elfman celebrating their collaboration over the last 25 years. they haven't released too much info yet but you can sign up for the email list on their website

I saw this exhibit in March. If you happen to be in NYC, I highly suggest going. I spent at least 2 hours in there looking at everything. It was so mesmerizing.

I saw this yesterday it was amazing and I loved it so much. It brought back so much memories from when I used to watch nightmare before christmas all the time when I was little. I recconized all the characters from the movie and the exibit was great. Everyone should go see it!

I went over the weekend and it WAS awesome! MoMA did a great job of showing his work as art pieces, not just his art as a kid, then his sketches, then his experiments, etc... It was incredible. It runs through April! We need to go back bc there were so many people we couldn't stop and study everything! Amazing, though.

There is something so mesmerizing about Tim Burton's works; he takes you to an alternate world that exists in shades of gray, strange, surreal, yet, inexplicably beautiful.

Mr. an Mrs. Smith had a wonderful life. They were a normal, happy husband and wife. One day they got news that made Mr. Smith glad. Mrs. Smith would would be a mom which would make him the dad! But something was wrong with their bundle of joy. It wasn't human at all, it was a robot boy! He wasn't warm and cuddly and he didn't have skin. Instead there was a cold, thin layer of tin. There were wires and tubes sticking out of his head. He just lay there and stared, not living or dead.

does this cost any money to go to? im sixteen and it says that for those sixteen and under, it's free.. but since its a special exhibit idk if it costs any money.. are tickets available on arrival?

Entrance is always free for people sixteen and under, and there is no additional fee for the Burton exhibition (or any of the special exhibitions). There will be lines for timed entrance, so check when you arrive. If there is an adult coming with you, they can get a timed ticket online in advance and include you.
