I've been a fan of the RE series ever since it came out, but never have been able to play through a single game. Yes, I suck at it. I am generally good at all other action games, MGS, Ninja Gaiden, all the heavyweights, but I just can't seem to grasp RE's gameplay...even 4 and 5s. I always die, always run out of ammo, always get stuck trying to turn around / dodge enemies and it is so frustrating that I'd rather just watch youtube vids of key moments / battles.

Some people say that they should suffocate and die in the volcano and Wesker should burn because lava is HOT and the heat should spread throughout the area.

You see, this is where they're wrong: lava and fire only affects you when you're in direct contact. They're fighting on rocks so they're ok. This whole heat dissipation thing doesn't work because they're not in direct contact with the lava. Simple mistake.
