A Dually is the way to go! We won't even install Units on 6 Lug 1/2 Ton, only 8 Lug 3/4-1 ton. Even if its the 1500 HD 8 lug, we won't touch it! Again, it has to be a 3/4 ton or better.

We have a friend with a 07 Dodge 3500, Cummins Diesel, CrewCab, Longbed and his front tires get prettttttttttttttttty pretttttttttty light with his Dynamic Snatcher... just towing a Pontiac G6 or anything pretty light like that.

@repoman1777 i noticed so many towies have there stinger push out to far which shifts the weight centre point to far back.. you only need the stinger push out enough for the cradle head to turn and enough so when turning the car towed does not hit the corner of the truck. even bringing in the stinger a few inches dramatically changes the weight distribution.

Actually, i very much like the electric over hyd version. for a lite fast p/u truck type application it's the way to fly. literally. plus the obvious advantages associated with not having to run hyd lines and install all that underhood equipt. and you can tranfer it to another unit easily later if needed. On a full size wrecker application i'd go P.T.O. but for this its the shit.
