It's good they are fairly safe in a crash because the LH Platform has common steering problems, sudden failure and bolts suddenly snapping for the inner tie rods that have crashes. Unfortunately, it's a bad design. You can find out more at dodgechryslersteeringproblems dot com
that is true i agree becaus back in 2004 i was riding wiht my dad and uncle in a 1993 chrysler concorde and the one of those bolts snapped causing us to crash into a van that was stopped at a red light the airbags never deloyed because the bumper never hit the sensor like 3 years later we but a pacfica i was scared mindless i would never buy a chrysler.
Structural performance is not always an indication of the risk of injury. Having said that, there was still a risk of leg injuries in this test and the structural performance was only adequate. However, good dummy control and low risk of head and chest injury earned it an "Acceptable" overall rating.
The main concern is with injuries to the foot and lower leg. Forces on the head and torso are low.
The video doesn't tell the whole story. The car has excellent accident avoidance capabilities. It has a 5 star rollover resistance rating. I have avoided a few serious accidents in my Intrepid. The handling is amazing for it's size.
This is a 2nd generation LH body platform. This platform is the basis for the Dodge Intrepid, Chrysler Concorde, Chrysler LHS and the Chrysler 300M. It's not as bad as you would think although it could have been better. The car has 4 stars for front collisions for driver and passenger, 4 stars for the driver on side impact and 3 stars for the passenger on a side impact.
you would not walk out of that accident...if the door frame bends(pillars) then that means that the floor area where the persons feet once were are severly damaged! or maybe jst have to be cut off.
Wow... That's all your vocabulary? You must be more intelligent than I thought your were. And as for the blabbing of your fatass mouth... right back at ya!!!
