Why is it all the people who don't understand lost say it's shit. If you understood it, followed it and observed it you will see there is no other show like it. EVERY character on the show is referenced to someone in real life, every minute detail in the show is forshadowing something else. So do yourself a favour and don't try to talk about something you have no idea about....

I understand lost quite well, it is not as complicated as you think, but it may seem so to you. The problem with the show is the fact that is gets worse with every passing minute, everything about it is ridiculous now. Lame and boring and contrived, sorry buddy but opinions vary, I can't stand lost or prison break.
