@TheKavanagh91 i want an end to the fed. the US goverment issues bonds which are bought by the fed. Fed can print money, so it can buy any amount of the bonds at almost NO COST. Basically, they exchange something that costs almost nothing to them with the bonds.After buying the bonds the fed can either keep them, collecting interest from the govt or sell to taxpayers/foreigners. The fed profits $99.97 for every 3 cents it takes to print the money.Remember, the FED is PRIVATELY OWNED
