The way to beat the dragon is to use the bow to shoot the things on top of the towers then shoot him. I know because I beat him, and he does a swoop attack after the towers are gone, and if you go high he always knocks you off. Make sure to bring food (golden apples if you have any), as you will get hungry and need healing.

I have actually finished legit, the key is to shoot the towers with arrows because they explode when hit, and the ender dragon can break anything but end stone, bedrock and obsidian so making a tower base out of those materials can help.

Dude to kill him its pretty easy! just make a lot a real lot of arrows and them just train your skill with the bow, to make it to the more up towers just build like a stair with end stone next just make sure that you DON'T look into the ENDERMAN eyes just shot him, if you have Clay soldier mod it ill realy help cuz they fight for you! (if you look the enderman..)
