The Clone Troopers got a shitty deal throughout the Clone Wars.

Born to live a life of service and die on a unknown battlefield as a number. If that wasn't bad enough, in the end they were forced to kill the only friends they ever knew in their short life, the Jedi.

The Jedi taught the clones so much about life and humanity and all of it was for nothing because of a simple command order.

In the novel " Rise of the Dark Lord" that takes place two weeks after the events of the movie " Revenge of the Sith" it talks about a squad of clones that went against order 66.

The squad of clones thought that order 66may of been a Seperatist trap to confuse and destroy the Republic Chain of Command so they refused to obey it till they could confirm the order.

This lead to some Jedi escaping. Sideous later dispatched Vader to personally deal with the foolish squad of troopers.
