well that IS a problem...what they are trying to do is to make it stable enough so that they can get a working democracy over there. its not that simple or easy. the first thing is get them a "working army" they have one but its not good enough...after they do get one things can settle down and them work on the government...although there is already work going on there. remember history...its wasn't exactly easy for AMERICA to get a working democracy...first had to break away from england.

ok...now you are going to have to think a little bit on this one...the government for example made it to where banks couldn't ask too many questions when giving out loans...in doing so it caused many banks to give out "bad" loans...it makes it seem as though the economy is bad...when it actually isn't. those people shouldn't have gotten loans from the start. now...its more than that however...keep in mind though..the president(s)...ALL of them have zero control over certain things.

what it means is that the government...years ago stepped in where it shouldn't have. the reasons banks asked questions is because MONEY is at stake and it CAN affect us all. people ALSO started paying their bills with credit cards and not paying off the charges at the end of the month so they wouldn't incur high interest rates...but they did the EXACT opposite. EVERYONE loses when people spend more than they can pay off. credit cards aren't evil..but you DO have to know how to use them.

here is the way to defeat the enemy...its actually a pretty simple one...get a country to be a successful democracy...then that country is a happy country...liking things like freedom...many of them have never had that before...it spreads in that region. hopefully it will catch on and OTHERS will also figure out who the enemy is..and they will figure out that OUR enemy is ALSO THEIR enemy. take a map...look at see where democratic states are all over the world. you'll see how it spreads.
